Jewelry Care

Even something as strong as 18k solid gold deserves some loving.

With proper care, you can preserve the beauty of your jewelry for years to come.

To Clean Gold and Diamond Pieces:

Mix a few drops of soap with warm water.

One piece at a time, soak your jewelry.

Use a very soft brush to lightly clean each piece.

Rinse with care.

Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

Avoid exposing gold jewelry to extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, household bleach or other chemicals.

Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.

Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all our jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, and tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitable box or pouch.

Silver Jewelry

Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard and abrasive surfaces. Silver pieces should ideally not come into contact with excessive sweat or water.

Take off your silver jewelry before you shower, wash your hands, or exercise. Apply cleaning agents, beauty products, water, and chemicals before you put on your pieces. Wait five minutes after applying lotions or perfume before putting on your jewelry.

Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all our jewelry is packaged in a protective box and a tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend placing it back in its original box or another suitable box or pouch.

To clean your silver pieces, wipe them thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth as needed to remove any dirt and restore their shine.

For Gemstones

To keep diamonds and gemstones clean and shiny, use a mild solution of warm soapy water and apply with a soft brush and rinse with water. Avoid chemicals or excessive temperatures when cleaning.

Keep in mind that diamonds may be the hardest natural substance but can still suffer from chips & small fractures from sharp blows.

For Pearls

Do not contact pearl jewelry with perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics, as this may affect the color or luster of pearls.

Make sure your pearl jewelry is the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you come home.

If worn often, wipe pearls gently with a damp cloth.

Be aware that enamel can also chip or scratch when struck.
