All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed. For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 4-5 business days and requires a signature upon receipt.
Orders placed anytime on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Shipments are not available on weekends or holidays observed by the company.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, the responsibility for the goods are passed onto customers.
We use DHL/FedEx for international orders as well as FedEx/USPS Post for those being delivered within the US.
Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses either international or domestic except for your billing needs.
Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination and preferred duties and taxes payment method. International shipping requires a signature upon receipt.
As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
It can take up to 48 hours for your courier to generate tracking information on their website.
If your tracking information hasn’t appeared within 5 business days, please let us know at email@example.com and we’ll get right on it for you.
All our items will be shipped from Houston, Texas.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
